Comments: I have been really happy with the care I've received from Dr Khan, from my first video consultation with him, my face-to-face appointment, right through to my surgery. He's been very approachable and friendly, responsive to my questions and has explained any medical or technical information really clearly, and the implications for recovery time etc. This has really helped the process for me, as I've not had any surgical operations or hospital visits before, so really helped to put me at ease. His medical secretary, Jess, has also been really helpful with initial medical information and knowledge, so I've been appreciative of both their help and expertise.
